Haridwar. Secretary Housing Development and State Property Dr. R Rajesh Kumar took a review meeting today in the Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority auditorium. He inquired about the revenue collected by HRDA. He asked to send immediate report regarding the objections raised by the government level on the applications for single and non-single residential houses and their disposal.
He gave instructions to maintain transparency and quality in the houses being built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. He said that the work being done by HRDA should bring quality, such as the quality should be checked by a third party agency.
After the meeting, Secretary Housing Development Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar also conducted an on-site inspection of the under-construction Unity Mall. During the inspection, he said that Unity Mall is the priority of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister.
HRDA Secretary Manish Kumar Singh said that Unity Mall is being constructed by HRDA. About 54 shops and 3 multi complexes are being built in the under construction Unity Mall, in which One State One (local) products from all the states of the country and local products from 13 districts of Uttarakhand will be kept.
During the meeting and inspection, Superintending Engineer Rajan Singh, Assistant Engineer Varsha, Prashant Kumar Semwal, Finance Officer Lakhedra Godiyal, Assistant Engineer Tripen Singh Panwar etc. were present.
