Do Shavasana:
You can practice shavasana regularly to get rid of sleep problems at night. This yoga can also be done at night before sleeping. For Shavasana, lie on your back and keep a distance of one foot between both the legs. Then breathe comfortably and relax the entire body as you relax from the feet to the toes. This asana relieves all tired muscles and shoulders.
