This feature is for those who want to share their photos with their close friends without any filters or heavy editing. The biggest feature of this feature is that the photo or video sent in it can be viewed only once and if it is not viewed, it will be automatically deleted in 24 hours.

No Filters Policy: You cannot use any beauty filters or editing tools while clicking photos in ‘Instant’ mode. This keeps your photo completely natural.

24 hour deadline: If the receiver does not view the ‘Instant’ you sent within 24 hours, the message will automatically disappear from the chat box.

One-Time View: The recipient can view the photo only once, after which it is permanently deleted.

Private Archive: Your sent photo will disappear to others, but will remain safe in your own ‘Instants Archive’, where you can view or download it later.

Limited audience: You can only send it to people you follow and who follow you back (Mutual Followers).

Update your Instagram app and Messages (DM) Go to tab.
