Bhopal : 9 stone based MSME units of Madhya Pradesh have made the state proud at the national level by participating in India Stone Mart, 2026 Jaipur. This prestigious international stone based exhibition was held in Jaipur from 5th to 8th February.
A total of 9 stone based MSME units of Madhya Pradesh participated in the exhibition, which includes 6 units from Gwalior (Tanwar Store Industries, Jain Stone Industries, KR Stone Industries, Mahakay Industries, Abhyudaya Enterprises, Sai Ram Stone), two units from Katni (MK Granite and Marble Company and Ram Marbles) and one unit from Indore (The Right Angles).
Departmental support was provided to all the selected units by the MSME Department, Madhya Pradesh. Free stalls were provided to the units and other necessary arrangements were also ensured.
The units to participate in the exhibition were selected through the MSME Department at the headquarters level. With the inclusion of Stone Industries’ products in One District One Product, their quality, innovation potential and market potential were made the basis of selection. During the exhibition, entrepreneurs effectively displayed their products and had meaningful business interactions with buyers and business representatives from India and abroad. Through this participation, the stakeholders of the stone world could be introduced to the vast stone heritage of Madhya Pradesh and everyone appreciated the products of Madhya Pradesh. VISIT is an important initiative towards connecting local MSME units with national and international markets, expanding export potential and promoting women entrepreneurship. It is believed that this initiative of MSME department will strongly promote entrepreneurship, employment generation and economic development in the state.
