Alive corpse and shameless CM… When RJD targeted Nitish, JDU hit back and said, I wish such a corpse was your father too.
Patna : These days, every limit of decorum is being crossed on the political chessboard of Bihar. The war of words that started between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the main opposition party Rashtriya Janata Dal has now reached extremely insulting personal attacks and family attacks. Objectionable words like ‘living corpse’ and ‘shameless’ are being used openly on social media platforms. This conflict has not only heated up the current politics of the state, but has also raised many serious questions among the general public about the declining linguistic decency and sensitivity of big leaders, which are worrying.
RJD targeted CM Nitish through Facebook
Let us tell you that RJD made a direct attack on the Chief Minister through a Facebook post on Wednesday. In the post, Nitish Kumar was addressed as ‘living corpse’ and ‘shameless’. RJD claims that if Nitish remains in power for some more time, Bihar will turn into a dead state. Tejashwi Yadav’s party described Nitish’s rule as a big threat to the existence of the state. This post has created a new and very serious controversy in the political circles which has created a stir.
By sacrificing myself, I breathed life into Bihar,
Took me out of hell, created Bihar of dreams.I wish such a ‘corpse’ was your father too,
At least Bihar would not have lost its existence.Your parents were alive, right?
But in the fire of selfishness they burnt Bihar,
Made the state a living corpse by sucking blood. pic.twitter.com/CXP05almvB— Janata Dal (United) (@Jduonline) February 11, 2026
JDU counterattacks on RJD’s post
However, JDU responded to this attack by RJD in a more aggressive manner. JDU directly attacked Lalu-Rabri family by sharing the screenshot of RJD’s post. He wrote that Nitish has brought Bihar out of hell and transformed it. JDU alleged that during their rule, Lalu and Rabri sucked the blood of Bihar for selfish reasons and made it miserable. The party has made the political atmosphere tense by using adjectives like ‘ninth failed robber’ for Tejashwi.
Controversy started with Legislative Council
The real beginning of this controversy came from an incident that took place during the budget session of Bihar Legislative Council. During the discussion in the House, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had addressed former Chief Minister Rabri Devi as ‘girl’. The opposition party termed this comment as a symbol of derogatory and narrow mindedness towards women. RJD members protested strongly inside and outside the House. After this incident, the sacred dam of linguistic decorum between the two parties was completely broken.
Tejashwi raised questions on CM’s mental health
Responding to the Chief Minister’s remarks, Tejashwi Yadav raised serious questions on his mental health. Tejashwi claimed that Nitish Kumar is under the influence of diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia, due to which his thinking is being affected. RJD spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav also alleged that the Chief Minister is no longer fit to rule Bihar. He also took a dig at BJP that it is making a failed attempt to save its sinking political credibility with the help of Nitish.
CM lost his temper after Rabri’s statement
RJD not only made personal attacks but also cornered the government on the increasing crimes in the state. According to RJD spokesperson, incidents of violence and rape against women are continuously increasing in Bihar. When Rabri Devi raised important questions related to security in the House, the Chief Minister lost his temper and resorted to indecent language. The opposition believes that the ruling party is using petty politics and foul language instead of responding to real issues of public interest.
