Epstein’s last phone call before committing suicide in prison in 2019 was to a Belarusian dentist. Whose name was Carina Shuliak. Carina Shuliak first met Epstein in 2010 in Minsk, Belarus. She was 20 years old at that time and a Russian woman known to both of them had introduced her to this infamous American financier. The files show that Epstein soon took an interest in her and included her among his close people. Epstein later helped Carina come to America. According to a New York Times report, Carina Shuliak wanted to enroll in the Dental College of Columbia University in 2012. Initially his admission was not done there. Then, Epstein used his influence and some of the school’s most important people to help him get admitted, US Justice Department documents show.
In this way, Epstein got his girlfriend admitted in the Dental College and proposed to donate 50 lakh to 100 lakh dollars to the Dental College. In gratitude, the dean at the time personally contacted Shuliak’s old medical school in his native Belarus. The former dean told in an interview that Shuliak had almost completed his dental care studies there and he had asked him for his records.
Another administrator, the chair of the adult Dental Care Department at Columbia University, sent Shuliak an outline and study guide for Columbia’s entrance exam. After his accession, a third person, who was the Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs, was appointed. He created an Individual Study Plan, which was needed because, according to records, Shuliak had enrolled later than the normal time for transfer students to study dentistry at Columbia. Carina Shuliak, who is now 36 years old and is believed to live in New York, had left so much property for Carina. Epstein’s last phone call was to her. Epstein spoke to him before committing suicide in prison in 2019. In his will, Epstein left her $100 million and his 33-carat diamond ring, and during his lifetime, he funded her dental education at Columbia University and other expenses. Justice Department financial ledgers record that Epstein paid Shuliak $631,000 in tuition fees.
According to the Epstein File report, Carina was a major beneficiary of Epstein’s estate. Carina was his girlfriend and held an important place in Epstein’s life. So in 2012, Epstein met Dr. Ira B., dean of the dental hospital. Donated $100,000 to a public health project run by Lamster. In 2014, he donated $50,000 to the dental college’s annual fund.
