FWICE appealed to all producers, directors, artists, technicians, associations and well-wishers to help Rajpal Yadav settle his dues. Also provide your moral and financial support to help them regain their freedom, dignity and peace of mind. The release further said that members and well-wishers who wish to contribute financially can contribute directly to Shri Rajpal Yadav or can extend their support through FWICE. The Federation assures complete transparency and any funds received will be responsibly pooled and handed over to them as soon as possible to help them clear their dues. Earlier, actors Sonu Sood and Gurmeet Choudhary had also come forward. Help Rajpal Yadav. This came after the Delhi High Court rejected Rajpal Naurang Yadav’s last ditch attempt to escape jail in multiple check bounce cases and directed that he will have to surrender before jail authorities before any further hearing. The order came after Yadav failed to meet the surrender deadline set by the court after repeatedly violating the undertaking regarding payment of the settlement amount to the complaint company. Senior counsel appearing for the actor said that Yadav was ready to deposit Rs 25 lakh immediately and both the parties had tentatively agreed on a schedule to pay the remaining amount. However, the court refused to grant any relief, noting that Yadav had already been directed to surrender on February 4, 2026. Justice Sharma said that since the actor has failed to comply with the surrender order, he will be heard only after surrendering before the jail authorities. After the court hearing, Yadav’s lawyer told the bench that the actor would surrender in Tihar jail later on February 5. The court made it clear that after Yadav surrenders, he will be free to file the appropriate application as per law. Now that he is in jail, people from the film industry are coming forward to help him deal with his money problems and legal matters.
