Right now the cold is slowly saying goodbye in the country, but the Meteorological Department (IMD) has again issued a rain alert in some states. Due to this, the temperature will drop once again and by February 14, the feeling of cold may increase again. Also, there is still dense fog in many areas of North India, which makes driving very difficult in the morning. Tourists visiting hilly areas have also been advised to be cautious.

There will be no significant change in the minimum temperature in North-West India for the next 48 hours i.e. 12th and 13th February. Rain alert issued in 6 states of the country

The Meteorological Department has warned of rain in some states this week. These mainly include Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

  • On 16 and 17 February, there may be heavy rain with strong winds, lightning and thunder in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana.
  • There may be heavy rain and snowfall at some places in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and surrounding areas like Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad on 13, 16 and 17 February.
  • There is a possibility of rain in many districts and snowfall in high altitude areas in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on 16-17 February.
  • There may be heavy snowfall in Arunachal Pradesh on 11, 12 and 14 February.
  • There is a possibility of light rain along with thunder, lightning and lightning in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh on 16-17 February.
  • Lakshadweep may receive light to moderate rain on February 11.
  • There are chances of light to moderate rain in North Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on 13 February.

Dense fog warning in North India

  • Visibility will also be very low in Gurugram, Sonipat, Panipat, Faridabad and Rohtak of Haryana.
  • There will be moderate to dense fog in Amritsar, Faridkot, Firozpur, Bathinda, Kapurthala, Ludhiana and Jalandhar of Punjab.

Delhi weather tomorrow

The weather will be clear in Delhi on 12th February. There may be light clouds in the sky on 13 February. The wind will blow at a speed of 10-15 km/hour. The maximum temperature will be 24 degrees and the minimum will be 11 degrees Celsius. There will be a feeling of cold in the morning and evening, but the weather will be good during the day.

Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

The sky will be clear in UP on 12th February. There is no chance of rain, but fog will be very troubling in the morning. In many districts like Agra, Aligarh, Amethi, Azamgarh, Baghpat, Bahraich, Barabanki, Lucknow, Bareilly, Etah, Fatehpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hathras, Jalaun, Kanpur, it will be cold in the morning and evening. The maximum temperature in Lucknow will be 27 degrees and the minimum will be 12 degrees. The weather will be clear at most places in Bihar on 12th February. There is no rain alert. There is very little chance of rain in the coming days also. The minimum temperature is now increasing in districts like Patna, Gaya, Jehanabad, East Champaran, West Champaran, Saran, Bhojpur, Buxar, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Saharsa, Purnia, Khagaria. The maximum in Patna will be 27 degrees and the minimum will be 13 degrees.

Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh

The weather will be normal in Uttarakhand on 12th February. There will be good sunshine during the day. But on 16 and 17 February, there is an alert of heavy rain and strong winds in districts like Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Champawat. In Dehradun tomorrow the maximum will be 20 degrees and minimum will be 9 degrees. The weather will be clear in Himachal on 12th February. But clouds will start appearing from the night of 15th February and heavy rains and strong winds may occur from 16th February. There is a rain alert in areas like Dharamshala, Manali, Hamirpur, Bilaspur. Snowfall may also occur in high altitude areas. In Manali tomorrow the maximum will be 1 degree and the minimum will be minus 11 degrees.

Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

The weather will be normal at most places in Rajasthan on 12th February. It may remain cloudy in Jaipur. The cold is now subsiding. But in the morning there will be fog in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Sikar, Bharatpur, Sriganganagar, Bikaner, Gangapur City, Ajmer and Dholpur. The wind will blow at 10 km/hour in the afternoon. The maximum in Jaipur will be 27 degrees and the minimum will be 13 degrees. There will be no rain in Madhya Pradesh on 12th February. In the morning, there will be cold effect in Bhopal, Gwalior, Dewas, Dhar, Malwa, Katni, Mandsaur, Morena, Khandwa and Khargone. The maximum in Bhopal will be 29 degrees and the minimum will be 16 degrees.
