India Foundry Industry Growth: India’s foundry industry, the second largest casting producer in the world, is expanding rapidly and is projected to grow from USD 23.6 billion in 2024 to USD 42.5 billion by 2029. The industry will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 9.4%, says the report ‘India Foundry 360° Insight 2025–2047’. The report was presented by the Indian Foundry Congress of India (IFCI) on the sidelines of the 74th Indian Foundry Congress (IFC) and Indian Foundry Exhibition (IFEX) 2026 to be held from February 12 to 14 at Nesco Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.
