Earlier, the court told Rajpal Yadav that we gave you more than two dozen chances. Besides, the court has also sought response from the other party on the bail petition.

Order given to the other party to file reply

According to Bar & Bench, during the hearing, the court also asked the other party to file its reply on the bail petition. The court said that the complainant will have to file a reply. He had earlier challenged the order in the Supreme Court, but the Supreme Court did not give him any relief. Well, we will hear it on Monday.

Court expressed concern

During the hearing, Delhi High Court expressed concern over Rajpal Yadav’s assurance of repaying the amount of more than Rs 3 crore and said that the case has been pending for a long time. As per Mint report, the court pointed out that despite making several promises during the revision hearing and arbitration proceedings, Rajpal Yadav got the hearing adjourned around 25-30 times and did not pay the dues.

Murali Projects’ lawyer’s argument
