Even before the district administration’s bulldozer action against illegal encroachment, people of the Muslim community had started vacating the madrassa. Due to this, there was an atmosphere of chaos in the area since morning.

Along with the Madrasa, 8-10 houses were also found constructed on illegally occupied land.

Actually, this case is of Mohalla Banjari Kuan of Narauli town of Baniyather police station area of ​​Tehsil Chandausi. According to the administration, eight to 10 houses were also found constructed along with the madrasa on gata number 1635 and 1636, which is recorded in the revenue records as land of manure pit and public road. Considering these as illegal constructions, the process of action has been initiated.

SDM Chandausi Ashutosh Tiwari, Naib Tehsildar Satendra Chahar and CO Chandausi Manoj Kumar Singh were present on the occasion. PAC was also deployed along with the police force of five police stations so that the law and order situation does not deteriorate. The entire area was converted into a police cantonment.

Illegal construction not removed despite issuing notice twice

Deputy District Magistrate Chandausi Ashutosh Tiwari said that action was taken under Section 67 against illegal occupation of the concerned land. Adequate time was given to the occupants by issuing notices twice, but the construction was not removed. In this sequence, execution action is now being taken against Darul Uloom Madrasa.

Naroli Panchayat Chairman said – No information or notice was received

On the other hand, Narauli Panchayat Chairman Bittan Malik raised questions on the administrative action and said that he did not receive any information or notice in this regard. Describing it as a religious place, he said that the Madrasa is built in about 300 yards and it is a place of Islamic education. At present, the action is going on amid the strictness of the administration and heavy security arrangements. There is tense peace in the entire area and the administration is keeping an eye on every activity.
