Ingredients for Dahi Tadka:
Yogurt
cumin seeds
salt
Oil/Ghee
curry leaves
mustard seeds
garlic
Onion
coriander leaves
Asafoetida
Red chili powder
A pinch of sugar
How to make this Dahi Tadka:
To make the Dahi Tadka, first heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, finely chopped garlic, and green chilies, lightly fry, and then fry the chopped onions.
Add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste to the fried onions and fry.
Add red chili and turmeric powder and fry.
Add yogurt, stir-fry, and serve with coriander leaves.
