JPSC-JSSC exam conducting company TDPL’s exploits, Marketing Manager continues to be successful in all exams, keeps earning recovery

Ranchi:A complaint has been filed against M/s TSR Data Processing Private Limited (TDPL), the company that conducts the examinations related to Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand State Staff Commission, and its officials for forgery, criminal conspiracy, extortion, paper leak, OMR seat reshuffle, digital tampering and money laundering. It is also alleged that whatever examination was conducted by this company, its marketing manager Manoj Kumar Tiwari alias Abhay Kumar Tiwari kept passing all the JPAAC-JSSC examinations through fraud. Not only has this complaint been made to the central investigating agencies ED and CBI, a complaint has also been made to the Nagdi police station in Ranchi and a request has been made to register an FIR. The complainant is social worker Shivshankar Sharma, resident of Nagari, Ranchi. He has also attached evidence related to his allegations with his application. Those against whom the above allegations have been made include, apart from the company TDPL, the marketing manager of this company Manoj Kumar Tiwari alias Abhay Kumar Tiwari, directors Satyapal Singh and Rambir Singh and other unknown programmers, public servants etc. According to the complaint, the accused company TDPL is empaneled with Jharkhand State Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) and conducts this examination. This company was blacklisted by JSSC on 20 May 2025 on allegations of serious irregularities, demanding payment at higher rates for work etc. It is alleged that despite blacklisting, this company continued to conduct examinations from June 2025, which indicates possible collusion and corruption between JPSC-JSSC officials. The complainant has requested to register an FIR in this entire matter.

Accused also accused of involvement in extortion from candidates

According to the evidence given by the complainant against Manoj Kumar Tiwari alias Abhay Kumar Tiwari, Marketing Manager of TDPL Company, he has achieved success in many JPAAC and JSSC examinations. These include Roll No. 10309146 in PGTTCE-2023, Roll No. 1237696 (Rank-2) in JSSC-CGL-2023, Roll No. 24300086 in ACF (PT) Exam 2024, Roll No. 24400147 in MRO (PT) Exam 2024 and FSO Written Exam 2023. Roll No. 23180010 is included in the exam. It is also alleged that it acted as a middleman for the organized examination syndicate and lured the candidates by showing its own fraudulent selection. He also collected huge amount from the candidates by promising them selection. In this, an advance of Rs 5 lakh was taken for PT exam, Rs 25 lakh for final selection, Rs 10 to 25 lakh for interview and mains.

Allegations of rigging in more than 350 OMR seats in FRO exam

The complainant has also alleged paper leak, copying by someone else, manipulation in OMR sheets, digital tampering in the evaluation system and server. It is alleged that more than 350 OMR sheets of Forest Range Officer (FRO) and more than 150 sheets of Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) have been falsified. It is also alleged that the accused have collected original educational certificates, canceled cheques, signed blank stamp papers and signed A-4 sheets from the candidates. These accused are involved in taking money and rewriting and changing the original answer scripts of FRO and ACF Mammen by storing them in safe places.
