Raja alias Rizvi had to stay in jail for more than five months, and now he has got bail. His lawyer Riyaz Ahmed said that an FIR was registered against the youth on three charges including treason. Rizvi had made this controversial comment on August 27 near Mansarovar Dhaba in Simri police station area of ​​Darbhanga. A video of this incident has also gone viral. In this sequence, the local district president of BJP lodged an FIR and Rizvi was arrested on 29 August.
