Asked for bail to go to the wedding

Actually, amidst this whole matter, a wedding is to be organized in Rajpal Yadav’s family, so his family members want him to come out as soon as possible. In such a situation, the actor also demanded interim bail from the court citing marriage in the family. But the judge commented – ‘I may sympathize with you personally, but the law takes its own course.’ On this, Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer said, ‘The remaining amount can be deposited in the court as security.’

Court reprimanded

During the hearing, the court said- ‘I do not understand what your argument is. The trial judge had clearly said that there was no ground to interfere in the sentence. After that you said that you will try to compromise, went to mediation and assured payment. Not paid for years. Now you want to reopen the case. The court asked Rajpal Yadav to explain the clear reason for the delay. At the same time, the court raised questions and said – ‘You were sentenced because you accepted the crime and agreed to pay. Now after getting the punishment, you are demanding his suspension? At the same time, now the court has postponed the case and the next hearing will be on 16 February.
