Pahadi Shayya: Some people like sweet food so much that after eating they always want something sweet. Today we will tell you about the recipe of a Pahari sweet dish. For your information, let us tell you that to make nutrient-rich Pahari Shayya, one cup of rice flour, water, half cup of pure desi ghee, half cup of jaggery and two tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds will be required.

Step 1- First of all, take out rice flour in a bowl. Now add water little by little to this pan and knead the dough well.

Second step- Rice flour should not be hard and wet but soft and smooth. After this, put desi ghee in a pan and let it heat well on medium flame.

Third Step- Now add kneaded rice flour little by little to hot ghee. You have to fry the rice flour on low flame.

Fourth Step- When the rice flour starts giving out aroma, when the color of the rice flour starts changing and when the flour starts releasing ghee, then understand that the rice flour has been roasted properly.

Fifth Step- Mix jaggery well in roasted flour and then cook this mixture for some time.

Sixth Step- When the jaggery completely melts and mixes with the flour, then add roasted sesame seeds to the mixture.
