Bajwa Violent Military Assault: The army is again in the headlines in Pakistan as former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa is hospitalized with serious injuries. The news of his skull fracture has created a stir in the entire country. In official statements, the family and the army said that Bajwa had slipped in the bathroom, but Indian and international intelligence sources claimed that it was not a simple accident.

The incident is said to have happened around 4:30 am on February 10, 2026. Bajwa, admitted in the ICU at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rawalpindi, has a skull fracture and his condition remains critical. His brother-in-law, Naeem Ghumman, said Bajwa was barefoot and suffered the injury after slipping in the bathroom. ISPR also termed it a domestic accident and said that their operation was successful.

soldiers attacked the general

However, CNN’s intelligence sources claim that this is no ordinary sliding incident. According to him, Qamar Javed Bajwa was surrounded and beaten by three army personnel, and the attack continued until he suffered serious head injuries. Internal differences and old enmity growing in the army are believed to be the reason behind this attack.

According to sources, during the toppling of Imran Khan’s government in 2022, General Bajwa had ordered the ISI to target some officers and their families who had opposed the coup. It is believed that this attack was carried out by the families of those officers or junior personnel who were influenced by Bajwa’s orders.
