Haryana Weather: Mixed weather in Haryana, mild heat during the day and mercury above normal at night.

Haryana Weather: These days the weather pattern seems to have changed in Haryana. Slight warmth is being felt due to strong sunlight during the day, while despite a slight drop in night temperature, the mercury remains above normal in many districts.

According to the latest bulletin of India Meteorological Department (IMD), a decline of 0.1 degree Celsius has been recorded in the average minimum temperature of the state. However, despite this, the minimum temperature in eight cities of the state remains more than 10 degrees Celsius.

Night temperature above 10 degrees in 8 cities

According to IMD data, minimum temperatures were recorded above 10 degrees Celsius in Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, Rohtak, Bhiwani, Faridabad, Nuh and Panipat. The temperature in Gurugram, Jind and Sirsa remained between 9 to 10 degrees. Sirsa recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 9.0 degrees Celsius, which indicates that mild cold in the morning and evening still persists in some areas.

Heat even during the day, crossing 25°C in 4 cities

There was a drop of 1.4 degrees Celsius in the average maximum temperature of the state, but despite this the maximum temperature in four cities reached above 25 degrees. Bhiwani recorded the highest temperature at 26.4 degrees Celsius. The temperature was 25.9 degrees in Faridabad, 25.7 degrees in Nuh and 25.3 degrees Celsius in Sonipat. Due to cold winds the heat is not increasing much.

Weather dry till 16th February, possibility of change on 17th

According to Dr. Chandrashekhar Dagar, senior scientist of the Agricultural Meteorological Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, the weather will remain dry in the state till February 16. A new western disturbance may become active on February 17, due to which a change in weather may be seen in the plains of North India.

At present, the Meteorological Department has predicted slight fluctuations in temperature. Only after the impact of western disturbance, a cloudy or light rain situation can occur in the state.
