Coconut-Peanut Chutney: To eat peanut and coconut chutney, there is no need to go to a restaurant and order dosa or idli. Today we will tell you about the very easy recipe of this chutney rich in nutrients. For your information, let us tell you that to make peanut and coconut chutney, you need 200 grams peanuts, 2 teaspoons gram dal, 50 grams coconut, 1-2 teaspoons curd, 1/2 inch piece of ginger, 2-4 garlic cloves, salt, 1 teaspoon mustard oil, one teaspoon red mustard seeds, 2-3 whole red chillies, 1-2 whole green chillies, 6 curry leaves and water. Will be needed.

Step 1- First of all dry roast the peanuts until they turn brown. After this, fry gram dal also.

Second step- You have to take out all the things along with these two things in the mixer. Grind everything well.

Third Step- Now take out this chutney in a bowl. You can also add curd to this chutney, however, if you do not want to use curd, you can skip this step.

Fourth Step- Now heat oil in a pan for tempering. Add the ingredients for tempering to the oil and mix everything well.

Fifth step- Mix the tempering in the ground chutney. This will increase the taste of peanut and coconut chutney manifold.

You can serve peanut and coconut chutney with any food item except dosa and idli. From children to adults, everyone is going to like the taste of this nutrient-rich chutney. To make this chutney, it will neither take much time nor will you have to work hard.
