Tata Punch.ev facelift

Recently, the first fully undisguised test mule of the Tata Punch.ev facelift was spotted testing on public roads. This small electric SUV, like the current model, will offer loads of fun while driving because it comes with a 120 bhp and 215 Nm producing electric motor. As for the battery pack, it will get a 45 kWh unit offering a range of around 320–340 km. Pricing will be around Rs 10–15 lakh.
Mahindra BE 6 70 kWh

Currently, the BE 6 electric SUV from Mahindra is offered with two battery packs: 59 kWh and 79 kWh. However, to bring an option in the middle, the company is gearing up for the launch of the BE 6 with the 70 kWh battery pack offering a range of around 600 km. This particular variant will be powered by a 241 bhp and 380 Nm torque-producing electric motor powering the rear wheels, making it extremely fun to drive. Pricing is expected to be around Rs 24.45 lakh.
Mahindra XEV 9E 70 kWh

Just like the BE 6 and the recently launched XEV 9S, the XEV 9E coupe electric SUV will also be getting a new 70 kWh battery pack with a range of around 600 km. Power figures will remain the same at 241 bhp and 380 Nm of torque.
Hyundai Verna Turbo

The South Korean automotive giant Hyundai is gearing up for the launch of the new Verna facelift in India. This sedan will be getting a bunch of exterior and interior upgrades to make it more sporty. What makes this sedan fun to drive is its 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, which makes 160 bhp and 257 Nm of torque. The Verna is currently one of the quickest sedans in India.
Skoda Octavia facelift 1.5 TSI DSG

Skoda and Volkswagen India recently discontinued the manual gearbox with the 1.5-litre engine across their range. So now the recently unveiled Kushaq facelift will be getting the 1.5-litre engine with the DSG gearbox, which is super fun to drive. This motor is capable of making 150 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. It will now also be able to stop on time, as it will come with rear disc brakes.
Skoda Slavia facelift 1.5 TSI DSG

As mentioned, just like the Kushaq, the upcoming Slavia facelift will also get the same 1.5-litre TSI petrol engine making 150 bhp and 250 Nm of torque with the quick-shifting DSG gearbox. This motor, combined with the low-slung sedan body of the Slavia, will make it super engaging to drive. The Slavia facelift is expected to make its debut by the end of this year.
Volkswagen Virtus facelift 1.5 TSI DSG

Once again, the same 1.5-litre TSI EVO motor with the DSG gearbox will be seen on the Volkswagen Virtus facelift, which will also be making its debut by the end of this year. The Virtus, known for its superior handling and enthusiast-friendly nature, will become even more popular after the facelift.
Volkswagen Taigun facelift 1.5 TSI DSG

Last of the 1.5-litre TSI with DSG powertrain-equipped vehicles will be the Volkswagen Taigun facelift. This SUV has been spotted testing on Indian roads for a while now, and it is believed that it will be launched in the coming months. The Taigun facelift, along with the other siblings mentioned above, will also be getting the 1.0-litre TSI motor with the new 8-speed AT gearbox.
Skoda Kylaq 1.0 with 8-speed AT

Speaking of the 1.0-litre TSI engine with the newly introduced AISIN 8-speed AT gearbox, the Skoda Kylaq, which is the most affordable Skoda in India, will also be getting this powertrain. This new drivetrain will be lighter, making the Kylaq, which is already a sub-compact SUV, more fun to drive.
Tata Sierra.ev

Tata Motors is also gearing up for the launch of the Sierra.ev, as test mules of this SUV have been spotted testing on public roads. This SUV is expected to become a big seller for the brand and will also be a very engaging vehicle to drive. The higher variants of this SUV are expected to get a super-powerful 390 bhp and 504 Nm of torque with an AWD system.
Renault Duster

The new-generation Renault Duster has taken the crown of being the most powerful mid-size SUV in India. Its top-of-the-line variants will come powered by a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine making 163 bhp and 280 Nm, and it will come mated to a 6-speed DCT. The Duster is expected to start at Rs 14 lakh.
Nissan Tekton

Based on the same platform as the Duster, the Nissan Tekton will also be making its debut this year. This SUV will get the same 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine making 163 bhp and 280 Nm.
