A dreadful conspiracy was hatched due to illicit relations-
Police investigation revealed that the accused woman Jassi Kaur was worried about her illicit love affair. His two young children were becoming a hindrance in his relationships. It is alleged that for this reason she along with her friends Moto Kaur and Lakhi Singh mixed poison in the children’s food.
First the daughter died, then the son died.
According to village resident Bharana Singh, about 10 days ago, Jassi Kaur’s younger daughter had died due to sudden deterioration in her health. At that time, the woman performed the last rites in a hurry citing stomach ache as the reason. No one doubted.
But on Friday night the seven year old son also died under suspicious circumstances. The villagers became suspicious due to the second consecutive death and they reached Phul police station along with the sarpanch.
Post mortem report revealed-
Rampura Phool DSP Manoj Kumar said that the post-mortem of the child was conducted on the demand of the villagers. After the report came, when the police strictly interrogated mother Jassi Kaur, she confessed to her crime.
According to the police, Jassi Kaur, along with Moto Kaur and Lakhi Singh, had poisoned the children. At present, Jassi Kaur and Moto Kaur have been detained, while efforts are being made to arrest Lakhi Singh. Based on the statement of Buddha Singh, Phul police station has registered a case against the accused under various sections and started investigation.
