In Delhi, a case has come to light of a shopkeeper being beaten by someone entering his shop and threatening him with a knife on his neck. The fearless accused committed this crime inside the market in broad daylight. According to the complaint lodged with the police, the accused person is known to the wife of the victim shopkeeper. The incident took place in Lal Quarter Market of Krishna Nagar. On February 8, around 11:30 am, he was at the shop as usual. At the same time Mohit Naulakha, resident of Palwal (Haryana) suddenly entered the shop. The accused started punching him. Also broke his laptop and destroyed his belongings. Meanwhile, the accused placed a knife on his neck.
It is alleged that Mohit threatened the victim and said that if he did not divorce his wife and did not withdraw the case registered against him, he would kill him. During this, the accused also abused a lot.
After the incident, the victim was immediately taken to Hedgewar Hospital, from where in view of his critical condition, he was referred to GTB Hospital. The medical report (MLC) has found deep injury marks and scratches on Sunny’s face, neck and chest. The victim’s hearing ability has also been affected due to the attack. Police have registered a case of voluntarily causing hurt and intimidation in the matter.
At present, Krishna Nagar police has registered a case under relevant sections on the complaint of the victim. According to the police, the 42-year-old victim lives in Krishna Nagar area. Runs a cosmetic shop in Lal Quarter Market.
The reason behind the incident is said to be marital discord. A divorce case is pending in the Gurugram court between the victim and his wife. The victim claims that he has presented strong evidence in the court of the relationship between his wife and accused Mohit Naulakha. Due to this rivalry, Mohit committed this crime.
