Team India’s explosive opening batsman Abhishek Sharma has left for Colombo for the T20 World Cup match against Pakistan to be held on February 15. According to RevSportz’s sources, he will be available for the game on Sunday at the R Premadasa Stadium.
Abhishek Sharma could not play in the last match due to stomach problem. Now he is fit and returning to the team. Recently, in the video shared by Arshdeep Singh, Abhishek told that he is on a strict diet and is eating only pulses and rice. He also told that during his stay in the hospital, he lost about two kilos of weight.
The biggest match of the league stage of ICC T20 World Cup 2026 on 15th February R. Premadasa Stadiumwill be played between India and Pakistan in Colombo. This match is always considered high-voltage. So far, eight matches have been played between the two teams in the T20 World Cup, out of which India has won seven and Pakistan has won only one match.
Abhishek Sharma has had a brilliant T20 International career. So far, he has scored a total of 1297 runs in 38 innings in 39 matches at an average of 36.02. He has two centuries and eight half-centuries in his name in T20 International.
