TVS Motor’s second consecutive successful year at Ran Utsav, the thrill of ‘Road to Heaven’ in the deserts of Kutch!

A leading company in the two wheeler and three wheeler sector TVS Motor Company (TVSM) has given a new direction to experiential tourism by participating in the famous Rann Utsav in Gujarat for the second consecutive year. This year’s festival was made more attractive by various motorcycling activities highlighting the geographical features and cultural heritage of the Rann of Kutch.

The company brings to life the white deserts, picturesque skies and local handicrafts of the Rann through five specially designed custom bikes. Group rides were organized on iconic routes like ‘Road to Heaven’. More than 100 riders from Italy and Mexico along with India participated in this event.

West Chapter Raid of AOG and Ronin Cult

More than 100 riders from Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Jaipur and Ahmedabad participated in the first West Chapter Ride of TVS Apache Owners Group (AOG) and TVS Ronin CuLT Community. The ride traversed highways, rural roads and vast salt deserts, highlighting the Rann as an ideal destination for bike tourism.

Custom series attracted attention

The models TVS Ronin, TVS Apache RTR 200, TVS Apache RTR 310 and TVS Apache RR 310 were specially redesigned under ‘The Run of Kutch Edition – A Symphony of Salt and Sky’. A design inspired by local heritage and Ajrak art, laser-cut stainless steel badges and a special color scheme set these motorcycles apart.

In addition, the specially modified Ronin, based on the ‘Unscripted Exploration’ concept, featured dual-purpose tires, reinforced racks and custom accessories.

A new boost to tourism

Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat State Harsh Sanghvi said that due to such activities the Rann of Kutch is getting national and international recognition. TVS Chairman Sudarshan Venu stated that the company’s mission is to place India’s cultural heritage on the global tourism map.
