If Dockrell had got one more over, he could have equaled the record of former Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh. Singh scored a half-century in just 12 balls against England in the 2007 T20 World Cup. Oman captain Lorcan Tucker missed his century. Oman won the toss and decided to bowl first. Ireland did not have a good start when they came to bat. The team had lost the wickets of both the opening batsmen, Tim Tector and Ross Adair, at the score of 25. The third wicket fell at 45 to Harry Tector and the fourth wicket fell to Curtis Campher at 64.
