Ban On Transfer: Many important decisions were taken in the meeting organized regarding the preparations for the census. It was clarified in the meeting that there will be a ban on transfers of teachers during the census work, so that the survey work is not affected.
The Director of the Office of the Registrar General and Census Commissioner, India said that the census personnel will be given extensive training and their data will be uploaded on the CMMS portal. It will be mandatory for these personnel not to be transferred during the census period.
Transfers will not take place till June 15, 2026
It was decided in the meeting that transfers of teachers will not be made till June 15, 2026. This will ensure continuity in census work and availability of trained personnel.
Field trainers relieved from other duties
The Chairman directed that the list of field trainers should be sent to the School Education Department, so that they are not put to examination or any other administrative duty during the training period.
