These things will make liver and heart iron. Famous doctor told what is boon and what is poison for body parts: – ..

News India Live, Digital Desk: Whatever we eat has a direct impact on the functioning of our body organs. Often, for the sake of taste, we eat such things which are slowly hollowing our liver, kidney and heart. Famous gastroenterologist Dr. Shubham Vats has recently shared an ‘Ultimate Food List’ regarding the health of the organs. He has told which foods are ‘superfoods’ for your organs and which ones you should immediately stay away from.

1. Liver (The Filter of Your Body)

Liver is the most important part of our body which removes toxins.

Best: Coffee (without sugar), green leafy vegetables, turmeric and garlic. According to Dr. Vats, coffee prevents fat accumulation in the liver.

Poison (Worst): alcohol, foods high in sugar and fructose corn syrup. These are the main causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver.

2. Heart (The Engine of Life)

Keeping the arteries of the heart clean is the key to a long life.

Best: Oats, berries, walnuts, and fatty fish (Omega-3). These reduce bad cholesterol.

Poison (Worst): Processed meats (salami, sausages), trans fats and excessive salt. Excess salt increases blood pressure which creates the risk of heart attack.

3. Kidney (The Purifier)

Kidneys remove waste from the body, so it is important to keep it hydrated.

Best: Cabbage, capsicum, red grapes and plenty of water.

Poison (Worst): Red meat and too many protein supplements. According to Dr. Vats, excess protein puts extra pressure on the kidneys.

4. The Gut Health

If the digestive system is fine then everything is fine.

Best: Probiotics like curd, buttermilk and fiber rich fruits.

Poison (Worst): Refined flour and artificial sweeteners. These destroy the good bacteria of the intestines.

Special advice from Dr. Shubham Vats

“Your body is like a machine. If you put the wrong fuel in it, the parts are bound to break down. To keep the organs healthy ’70-30 rule’ Adopt – 70% home-cooked satvik food and only 30% outside food, that too wisely.”
