Patna: CBI has entered the suspicious case of NEET student. CBI started its investigation from Shambhu Hostel where it searched every nook and corner for three and a half hours. The CBI team went to the room of Shambhu Hostel where the student was staying, inspected the room and started the process of collecting evidence. Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Patna Police was also present to assist CBI during the investigation. Apart from this, police teams of Patrakar Nagar Police Station and Chitragupt Nagar Police Station were also involved in the action.

Five bags of documents seized

The CBI team reached the room where the student was staying. After the search operation, the team took away documents and other material in five sacks. The seized material included notebooks, books, notes, various personal documents and clothing. According to officials, forensic and technical investigation of all these materials will be done.

The SIT of Patna Police, which is conducting the preliminary investigation of the case, is handing over all the documents and findings collected so far to the CBI. Both the agencies are working in coordination, so that every circumstance related to the incident can be investigated in depth. It is noteworthy that after the death of the student, the family members had raised many serious questions, after which the case was handed over to the CBI. Now it is expected that the Central Investigation Agency will bring out an unbiased and factual report.
