Pratapgarh. SP leader and contractor Lal Bahadur Yadav died in a tragic accident on Sunday in Babuganj market of Antu police station area of the district. The incident happened when he was going from Babuganj towards Pratapgarh in his car. It is being told that the company’s pole was being installed on behalf of Bharat Petroleum at the petrol pump located in Babuganj. For this, the contract was given to Saksham Singh Private Limited of Ghaziabad. According to eyewitnesses, due to the negligence of the contractor, the heavy pole suddenly fell on the moving car.
The accident was so horrific that Lal Bahadur Yadav died on the spot. As soon as information about the incident was received, there was chaos among the family members and a wave of mourning ran in the town area Antu Babuganj. On receiving the information, the police took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. As soon as the body reached home after post-mortem, the family members started crying and crying. Police is busy investigating the matter and action is being taken against those responsible.
