Ingredients for Pumpkin Puri:
250 grams pumpkin, 2 to 3 spoons of jaggery powder, salt as per taste, 2 to 3 spoons of semolina, 2 to 3 spoons of chawla flour and one cup of wheat flour.
How to make Pumpkin Puri?
To make Pumpkin Puri, first peel 250 grams pumpkin and then wash it with water.
Now turn on the gas and pour water in a big vessel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and put it in water and boil it well.
When the pumpkin boils, add 2 to three spoons of jaggery powder and a little salt and mash them well with a masher.
When the pumpkin is mashed well, add 2 spoons of semolina, 2 spoons of rice flour and one cup of wheat flour and mix together.
When all these ingredients are mixed together, knead the dough well. Keep in mind that the dough is soft.
When the dough is kneaded, apply some ghee on it and then roll it into a ball and fry it in oil.
Your pumpkin puris are ready. Now eat them by dipping hot puris with cold Shrikhand.
