HC put a condition in front of Rajpal Yadav in exchange of release, if he wants bail then till 3 o’clock…

The bail plea of actor Rajpal Yadav, lodged in Tihar jail in the check bounce case, was heard in Delhi High Court today. During the hearing, the court has put an important condition before the actor while considering interim bail.

What is the condition of the High Court?

According to the information received, the High Court has directed Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer to deposit Rs 1.5 crore in the name of the defendant company (from which the loan was taken) by 3 pm. The court clarified that if the payment is made within the stipulated time limit, the actor will be released. Otherwise, the next hearing of the case will be held the next morning.

What did Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer tell the court?

According to the report of ‘Bar and Bench’, Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer told the court that the actor is ready to deposit Rs 1.5 crore through FDR without any conditions. On this, Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma said that the payment should be in the form of demand draft (DD). The court also recorded that a demand draft of Rs 25 lakh was already in the name of the defendant, while an additional demand draft of Rs 75 lakh had also already been deposited.

Full amount will have to be deposited today

The court said in clear words, “If you deposit the entire amount in the form of a demand draft by 3 pm today, you will be released. If not, we will hear the matter further tomorrow morning.” Now all eyes are on whether the amount is deposited within the stipulated time limit or not, because the release of the actor will depend on this.
