AI Impact Summit 2026: One of the world’s biggest technology events, “India AI Impact Summit 2026” started in India today, 16th February. This event will run till 20th February at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Along with the summit, “India AI Impact Expo 2026” is also taking place. Companies from all over the world will showcase their latest AI solutions.
People will be able to see how AI works in real life and what changes it will bring in the future in sectors like agriculture, healthcare and education. PM Modi said: “It is a matter of pride for us.” In a post on social media platform X, PM Modi wrote that it is a matter of great pride for us that people from all over the world are coming to India for the India AI Impact Summit. It also shows the potential of our youth.
This opportunity is proof of how rapidly our country is progressing in the field of science and technology and making an important contribution to global development. PM Modi will inaugurate ‘India AI Impact Expo 2026’ at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi.
These 5 special things of the summit will be for common people
AI Impact Expo: A huge exhibition spread over 70,000 square meters. More than 300 companies from more than 30 countries will showcase their AI gadgets and technology. Common people will be able to see how AI works in real life.
Education and Skilling: Programs like ‘YUVAi’ and ‘AI for ALL’ will be available to students and youth. Through these programs people will be able to learn to use AI tools to improve their studies and career.
Focus on everyday problems: The expo will showcase AI models that help in identifying crop diseases in agriculture, providing better treatment in hospitals and helping in language translation.
Meeting Startup Leaders: Startups from India and abroad will showcase their special products. Common people will be able to interact directly with these innovators and understand what future technology will look like.
Experience Zone: Many themed pavilions have been built in the summit. Here people will be able to directly experience AI-powered machines and software, such as smart health monitoring and AI tutor.
40+ CEOs including Sundar Pichai, Sam Altman and Mukesh Ambani
More than 100 countries are expected to participate in the summit. It will include French President Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian President Lula da Silva as well as heads of state and ministers of 15-20 countries. More than 40 CEOs of big global and Indian tech companies are also expected to participate. Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Open AI’s Sam Altman, Nvidia’s Jensen Huang and other prominent people from Microsoft and Google will participate.
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Tata Sons’ N. Chandrasekaran, Nandan Nilekani of Infosys, Sunil Bharti Mittal of Bharti Enterprises, TCS CEO K. Kritivasan and Roshni Nadar Malhotra of HCL Tech will also attend.
