The episode kicks off with Ridge informing Brooke that he just had his annual checkup. Since he and Eric share the same doctor, the physician expressed concerns about Eric’s health and stress levels. However, Ridge cannot figure out why his father is so stressed, as he does not know that Eric is under pressure to deliver the first Logan line at Spencer.

Eric’s design execution fails
Donna enters Forrester Creations and assures Ridge and Brooke that they should not be overly concerned about Eric’s health. Meanwhile, at Spencer Publications, Bill blames everyone for things not going in the right direction for the Logan launch.
When the models come out wearing the designs, things get worse, as Eric believes they did not turn out the way he intended. He points out that the execution and fabric quality are not up to his standards. Eric asks Katie to delay the launch, explaining that they made mistakes in the execution. Bill angrily insists that the launch cannot be delayed.
Bill and Katie argue
Katie turns to Eric to ask for his thoughts on delaying the launch, while Bill remains desperate to move forward with the collection. Elsewhere, Donna senses that Eric is under immense stress and wonders if the pressure at Spencer has taken a toll on him.
Once alone with Katie, Bill claims that Eric is pushing himself to prove a point and questions his motivations. After Bill continues to dominate the conversation about business priorities, Katie asks him to calm down.
Donna is worried
Ridge begins to regret his decision regarding his father’s retirement. Meanwhile, Donna grows increasingly concerned about Eric, who is placing constant pressure on himself despite his health issues. Eric insists that he simply wants to prove that talent can shine at any age. However, he admits that the designs were not up to the mark.
Katie displays understanding
As Eric explains that he does not want to damage his professional reputation with a flawed collection, Katie admits that her own reputation is also at stake with the launch. She also expresses genuine concern for Eric and his family. Katie understands that the pressure surrounding this launch is not good for his health.
On the other hand, Ridge confides that whenever he tries to make plans, his father seems to be busy. He reflects on how Eric always believed in him and begins to question whether he handled the situation correctly.
Donna asks Eric to make a tough decision
Donna gently reminds Eric that stress is not good for him. Although Eric says he enjoys being back in the design world, he admits that he misses working at Forrester Creations and spending time with Ridge and his grandchildren. Donna, interpreting his feelings as a sign that he is unhappy, urges Eric to tell Katie and Bill that he can no longer design the Logan line at Spencer.
