Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomes French President Emmanuel Macron on his arrival in India
New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron on his visit to India to participate in the AI Impact Summit. He said that this visit will give new heights to India-France strategic partnership.
Reposting Macron’s post on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said that India welcomes his visit. The discussions between the two leaders will further strengthen bilateral cooperation. This cooperation will also contribute to global progress.
The Prime Minister said that the events to be held in Mumbai and later in New Delhi will give new momentum to the relations between the two countries.
Earlier, while leaving for India visit, Emmanuel Macron wrote on X that he will be on a three-day tour from Mumbai to New Delhi. Representatives of business, economic, industrial, cultural and digital sectors are also coming with them.
Macron said that the strategic partnership between India and France will be taken further. He also expressed excitement about meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
