BJP government deliberately ignored medical colleges, cancer institutes and other hospitals built during SP era: Akhilesh Yadav
Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav has made a big attack on the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh. He has raised questions on the working style of the health department and the minister. He said that BJP has opened its offices and Chief BJP leader has opened his AYUSH University but has completely neglected the common hospitals which work in the public interest.

Akhilesh Yadav wrote on social media X, BJP government has deliberately ignored the medical colleges, cancer institutes and other hospitals built during the SP period. The BJP people have only taken commission in constructing the buildings of the medical colleges built during their time but have not run them. Medical colleges, hospitals, trauma centers are standing without staff. The BJP leaders have opened their offices and the Chief BJP leader has opened his AYUSH University but have completely neglected the common hospitals which work in the public interest.
He further wrote, As far as the Health Minister is concerned, it should be understood that he himself and his department are being neglected like him due to the expansion of the main policy of ‘Hata Nahi Bhaata’ and the basis for snatching the department from him is being created in the next cabinet expansion. Seeing such plight of the Health Ministry and the department, everyone will easily accept that it is actually due to the negligence and commission-seeking of the Health Minister that the medical services in the state have become so poor.
Whereas the truth is that those poor people do not have any other rights or other power, capability and authority in their hands except distribution of money. In the Health and Medical Department, he is a minister only on his name plate, no one even listens to him. It is heard that he has set a reminder on his mobile, which reminds him every morning that he is the Health Minister. What more can be said about those who left, only the little written should be considered complete… their ‘old relationship with Haata’, perhaps because of that, their account is being closed.
