This case pertains to people not turning up to the event despite taking advance money for performance at a wedding ceremony and not returning the money. The roots of the case lie in the year 2017. Pawan Kumar Verma, owner of Moradabad’s Dream Vision Event Management Company, had booked Ameesha Patel for a wedding ceremony. Advance payment: The actress had demanded ₹ 11 lakh as her fees, which Pawan had paid in advance. Demand at the last minute: Ameesha reached Delhi on the day of the wedding, but she suddenly demanded an additional ₹ 2 lakh to come to the venue.
