Aamir Khan to play peacemaker between Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar over Don 3 row: Report
Aamir Khan to play peacemaker between Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, and Ritesh Sidhwani. Bollywood’s ‘Mr. Perfectionist’ has reportedly stepped in to mediate between Ranveer and Excel Entertainment over the ‘Don 3’ row. The two have been at loggerheads over the Rs 40 crore compensation demanded by the Excel group over pre-production costs.
On the other hand, the ‘Dhurandhar’ actor has said that he doesn’t owe the production house any money, as he hadn’t taken any single penny from the makers. Ranveer, reportedly walked out of the project over dissatisfaction with the way the story was progressing. The Producers Guild of India (PGI) had earlier reached out to both parties to broker peace.

And now, Aamir Khan has reportedly stepped in to make both parties resolve their differences. “Aamir is trying to resolve the issues between Ranveer Singh and Excel Entertainment. The two have had some unresolved issues, which have caught attention. The meetings at his place are for the same,” HT report quoted a source saying.

Earlier a meeting had taken place at Aamir Khan’s residence between producers and production house heads. Karan Johar (Dharma Productions), Sajid Nadiadwala (Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment), Ektaa Kapoor (Joint MD, Balaji Telefilms), Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani (Excel Entertainment), Zoya Akhtar (Tiger Baby Films), and Punit Goenka (MD and CEO, Zee Entertainment) were reportedly spotted at Aamir’s home.

Hrithik sets the record straight
There were also the reports of Ranveer Singh walking out of ‘Don 3’ over the makers reaching out to Hrithik Roshan to take forward the franchise. “What started off as just a rumour has now taken a life of its own, and it’s important to set the record straight. I would like to categorically clarify that I was never approached for Don 3 at any given time. I request the media to steer clear of any such unverified reports,” Hrithik had clarified on social media.
