Why did the controversy increase?

According to reports, Ranveer Singh decided to leave ‘Don 3’, after which Farhan Akhtar and his production company Excel Entertainment reportedly demanded a compensation of Rs 40 crore.

It was told that the pre-production of the film had advanced a lot and due to Ranveer’s exit, the makers suffered huge losses. However, Ranveer rejected this claim outright. He says that he did not take any signing amount for the film, hence the question of compensation does not arise.

Replacement speculation

The controversy deepened when news started coming that Hrithik Roshan might enter the film. According to sources, Ranveer felt that preparations were underway to replace him, so he already distanced himself from the project.

However, Ranveer had earlier said that he was not completely confident about the film, so he decided to leave it.

Now Aamir Khan’s entry

Amidst this entire controversy, Aamir Khan’s name has now come to the fore. There is talk that Aamir Khan is playing the role of mediator in this matter.

Recently, many big names of the industry Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Ekta Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani were seen at Aamir Khan’s Mumbai home. Apart from this, Zoya Akhtar and Punit Goenka were also said to be present there. Reports claim that the purpose of these meetings is to resolve the ongoing differences between Ranveer Singh and Excel Entertainment.
