A very sad situation was seen during the board exams in Bettiah, Bihar, where the year of many students is on the verge of being ruined. Due to heavy traffic jam on the city roads, many candidates reached their exam centers after the scheduled time. When these students reached the centre, the gates there were closed. The video of one such girl has gone viral on social media. Many children who arrived a few minutes late were stopped from taking the exam.

The students pleaded a lot to get the gates opened and tearfully expressed their helplessness, but the officials flatly refused to allow them entry citing the strict rules of the Board. The students say that they left home on time but the vehicles were so stuck on the roads that they could not reach on time even if they wanted to.

A student who arrived late told that there were three-four other girls along with her, who were stuck due to the traffic jam. He said sadly, ‘We have been telling him again and again that we are late because the road was blocked but they are not letting us go inside. It is not our fault, yet we are not being listened to.
