Maharashtra: French President Emmanuel Macron has come to India. During this, he jogged in the morning on the famous Marine Drive of Mumbai city. People were shocked to see him running on the sea shore.
At first many people did not believe that he was really the President of France. As soon as they were identified, everyone took out their phones and started making videos. This video spread rapidly on social media and was discussed a lot among people.

Importance of visiting India
Macron is in India from 17 to 19 February 2026 on the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is his fourth visit to India and first to Mumbai. He will participate in the India AI Impact Summit. There will be a bilateral meeting with PM Modi in Mumbai, in which topics like defence, energy, startup, economic investment and technology will be discussed. After reaching Mumbai, Macron also paid tribute to the martyrs of 26/11 attacks.
