Nissan Gravite Images Leaked Before launch
Nissan’s next chapter is about to begin in India with the launch of its new product, the Nissan Gravite MPV. The official launch of the MPV is expected to take place soon, but images of the upcoming Gravite have reportedly leaked online ahead of its debut. Here’s what the MPV is expected to look like.
The images seen here are digital renders of the actual car that is being launched today. As mentioned in our earlier stories, the Gravite gets a design similar to the Renault Triber. However, if you look closely, you will start noticing the differences from the Triber.
The front end of the Gravite features a large grille with hexagonal patterns. The Nissan logo is placed at the centre of the grille, and we also see Gravite lettering on the bonnet.
The bumper looks muscular, and the main highlight is the silver-coloured C-shaped inserts that are neatly integrated into it. The fog lamps are positioned on the lower part of the bumper, and front parking sensors are also visible.

A faux skid plate can be seen at the bottom of the bumper. The headlamps are projector LED units from the base variant onwards. The cluster also includes LED DRLs and halogen turn indicators.
Coming to the side profile, the MPV retains the Triber-like silhouette, along with blacked-out ORVMs, chrome garnish on the door handles, cladding around the wheel arches, and a black sticker on the door with Gravite branding. The flex wheels which are actually wheel caps designed to look like alloy wheels can also be seen here.
Roof rails are also offered, and they come with load-bearing capacity.

At the rear, we see smoked clear-lens tail lamps and an integrated roof spoiler with a high-mounted stop lamp. The C-shaped design element seen on the front bumper is repeated at the rear as well.
Reflectors are positioned at the bottom of the bumper, and Gravite branding is placed on the tailgate. A rear defogger and wiper are also visible, likely to be offered in higher variants.
Variants
Nissan will offer the Gravite in Visia, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and LE PAC trims.
The LE PAC is the Launch Edition version, which will feature side decals, orange highlights, and additional chrome garnishes on the exterior.
The Gravite will be available in five colour options: Black, White, Silver, Grey, and a Green shade that has been teased earlier.
Cabin

The cabin layout of the Nissan Gravite will be similar to that of the Triber. The MPV is expected to get a beige colour theme with black elements. The seat upholstery may feature an ice grey or white and deep blue combination for a more upmarket feel.
In terms of features, the Gravite will come with a multifunction steering wheel and a 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster borrowed from the Nissan Magnite. The touchscreen infotainment system will be an 8-inch unit with Nissan’s interface.
The MPV is also expected to offer wireless phone charging, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, power windows, a push-start button, six airbags, ABS, EBD, traction control, and several other features.
Engine

The Nissan Gravite will be powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 72 bhp and 96 Nm of peak torque. It will be offered with both manual and AMT gearbox options.
Nissan is also expected to introduce a CNG version of the Gravite in the future, with the kit likely to be offered at the dealership level. The only missing piece of the puzzle now is the price, and we hope Nissan launches the Gravite at an attractive price point.
