We shared the field with him, learned from him. He is one of the best all-rounders in cricket, whom everyone respects. Apart from cricket, he also served Pakistan by becoming the Prime Minister and handled Pakistan in difficult times.

Appealing to the Pakistan government, the former captains wrote, “We demand from the Pakistan government that Imran Khan should receive prompt, accurate and continuous medical care from a qualified specialist of his choice to address his reported health problems. He should be treated with respect in prison as per international standards, his close relatives should be allowed to visit him regularly. There should be fair and transparent access to the legal process without unnecessary delays or obstructions.”
