HSV-1, which causes ulcers mostly around the mouth, and HSV-2, which affects the genital area.
How does this virus spread?
Actually, the reports of both the parents came negative. Therefore, doctors guess that the virus might have spread from someone who had a blister on the mouth or skin and who might have kissed the child near the eye or on the hand.
