18 month rule ended

Won elections with overwhelming majority

In the recently concluded 13th parliamentary elections, BNP performed brilliantly and won 209 out of 297 seats. At the same time, his ally party Jamaat-e-Islami has won 68 seats. With this victory, it is expected that the ongoing political instability in the country after the fall of Sheikh Hasina’s Awami League will end.
