Delhi AI Summit 2026: The impact of the AI Impact Summit 2026 to be held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi from 16 to 20 February is now clearly visible in the entire National Capital Region. Leaders like Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Open AI CEO Sam Altman are attending this summit. Due to this, the demand for hotels in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad has suddenly increased and the rates have tripled.
In Gurugram, the nightly rate at The Leela Ambience Gurugram has gone up to ₹6.15 lakh. At the same time, the rate of Royal Suite in The Westin Gurugram has increased to ₹ 2.10 lakh, whereas usually it is around ₹ 90,000. Similarly, room rates at Le Meridien Gurugram have increased from ₹25,000 to ₹47,000. According to online travel platform MakeMyTrip, hotel rates have increased by 50% to 300% since February 18.
Along with high-end hotels, huge growth is also being seen in mid-range hotels. Room rates at Lemon Tree Premier Gurugram Sector 29 in Gurugram have almost doubled. In Noida, rates have also increased manifold in Savoy Suites Noida and Bloom Hotel Sector 62 Noida. Bookings have also increased in Radisson Blu and Taj Surajkund of Faridabad.
Experts in the tourism and hospitality sector say that due to the arrival of a large number of international delegates for the summit, hotels in Delhi and surrounding areas are almost full. That is why people are coming to cities like Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad, due to which hotel rates have reached record levels in the entire NCR.
