Mohan Bhagwat: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat is on a visit to Lucknow on 17 and 18 February. On the first day of his visit he participated in a social harmony meeting at Saraswati Shishu Mandir. During this, the RSS Chief expressed his views on many issues and gave some statements which have become a topic of discussion.

Mohan Bhagwat said that Muslims living in India are also Hindus; They did not come from Arabia. ‘Homecoming’ The process should be fast. We should also take care of those who return to Hinduism. He also said that infiltrators should be detected, deleted and deported and they should not be given jobs.

Hindus should have minimum 3 children

RSS Chief said that Hindus should have at least three children. Right now the population rate is 2.1, and it should be at least three. A society which has less than three children on average will be ruined in the future. He emphasized that people who are getting married should have at least three children.

UGC rules are not against anyone: Bhagwat

Regarding UGC rules, Mohan Bhagwat said that these guidelines are not against anyone. We should take everyone along. If a person has fallen into a pit, he should raise his hand to come out and the person standing outside should bend slightly and extend his hand to take him out.

‘America and China are conspiring to divide’

Bhagwat expressed concern over the division and breakdown of society on the basis of caste. He said that we should not get involved in caste issues. Caste is something that we have been trying to eliminate for decades, but it is a caste that is not going away. Some people in countries like America and China are conspiring against our good intentions. We should be careful about this.

Sangh chief gave a big statement on casteism

The Sangh chief further said that we should stop trusting each other and share each other’s sorrows and pains. The Mughals and the British could not eliminate Hinduism. On casteism, Mohan Bhagwat said that the Mughals ruled for 500 years and the British for 200 years, but Hindu religion and culture are so strong that they could not eliminate it.

He said that if no one could harm Hindu religion in so many years, then how can anyone do so now? The caste inequality spreading in the society has to be ended. This is not the responsibility of any government or organization, but it has to be done by every section of the society and every person together. Make friends and family in every community.

Everyone should follow UGC rules

The RSS chief warned people about the conspiracies of foreign forces. The government should follow the laws made by UGC. Regarding UGC guidelines, Mohan Bhagwat said, ‘Everyone should follow the law. If the law is wrong, there is a way to change it. This should not become a reason for caste conflict.”

He said that one side feels that the new UGC rules are against us, while the other feels that it is with us. The government makes rules. If someone doesn’t like them then they should express their views. If there is a feeling of belonging in the society then such problems will not arise. This feeling of belongingness should be there in the mind.

Bhagwat said that the world moves forward through coordination and not through conflict. There should not be a feeling of suppressing one and elevating the other. The matter is still pending in the Supreme Court. Whatever law the government makes should be followed. There is a need to promote interaction. Lack of interaction leads to discrimination. We are all sons of one country, one motherland.

Bhagwat told the solution to end discrimination

He said that at one time there was no discrimination, but due to the cycle of time we have developed a habit of discrimination, which needs to be removed. Sanatan ideology is the ideology of reconciliation. We do not believe that those who are against will have to do it. By understanding this philosophy and implementing it, discrimination will end.
