Pea Shortbread Recipe
First step- To make pea shortbread, mix 1 cup green peas, flour and flour, 2 finely chopped green chillies, some green coriander, 1 finely chopped onion, some cumin, 1 piece grated ginger, 2-3 cloves of garlic, garam masala, coriander powder, salt as per taste and some lemon juice. Oil is required to make kachoris.

Second step- To make Kachori, add some salt and 2 spoons of oil to the flour and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to set and peel the peas, put them in water and boil for 5-7 minutes. When the peas become slightly soft, take them out of the water in a strainer.

Third Step- When the peas cool down, put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely. Add green chillies while grinding peas. Place a pan on gas and add oil to it. Now add cumin, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and fry. After frying these things, add ground peas and dry spices to it. Add green coriander and lemon juice on top. Turn off the gas and let the stuffing cool.

Fourth step- Now make a ball for kachori from the dough and fill the prepared pea mixture in it. Now make the kachori a little bigger with a light hand. Heat oil in a pan and turn the gas flame to medium. Now add prepared kachoris in it. Baking the kachoris on low flame will make them more crispy. Bake the kachoris thoroughly until they turn golden brown.

Delicious and healthy green pea kachoris are ready. You can eat Kachori with green chutney, sour chutney, curd or tea and sauce. Everyone will like green pea shortbread for breakfast.
