A 22-year-old matriculation student from Kharjamba village reached the exam center late. Because of this he was not allowed to go inside the center and take the examination. Frustrated after missing the exam, the candidate committed suicide by jumping in front of the train.

The examinee was identified as Komal Kumari, daughter of Mantu Yadav, a resident of Kharjamba village of the police station. Police had recovered the body of an unidentified girl from near the railway track near Maharajchak village of the police station on Patna-Gaya railway section. The police had sent the body to PMCH for post-mortem. After not finding the girl in her house and seeing her body cut by a train on social media, the family members identified her.

Regarding the incident, Police Station Head Vivek Bharti said that the deceased’s mother Sangeeta Devi told the police that Komal Kumari was appearing for the matriculation examination this time. On Tuesday, she had gone to Barani Exam Center in Dhanrua to appear for the matriculation exam. Due to reaching the exam center late, she was not allowed to enter the center and then returned home with her family. After this, she changed her clothes. But due to missing the exam, she became mentally disturbed and left the house without telling anything to anyone at home. After this, in frustration, he committed suicide by jumping in front of the train near Maharajchak. Sangeeta Devi told that on Tuesday evening she got the news of a dead body of a girl being found.

When will the students who missed the exam be able to take the exam?

On Tuesday, more than 15 lakh candidates took the exam at 1699 centers in Bihar. Five candidates were shown the door on charges of cheating, while preparations have been made to send nine fake students behind bars. Along with this, those candidates who missed the exam on the first day due to jam or other reasons, there is no need to be disappointed.
Bihar School Examination Board has clarified that a special examination will be conducted for such students in the last week of April or early May. Board Chairman Anand Kishore said that the result of the special examination will be declared by May-June, so that the academic session of the students is not affected.
