The brother of the accused also admitted that he was driving at high speed and the responsibility for driving without a license lies on him. According to Delhi Police, the SUV hit the bike coming from the front and then collided with a taxi parked on the roadside. Bike rider Sahil Dhanaishra died on the spot, while taxi driver Ajit Singh was taken to the hospital.
