T20 World Cup: Pakistan’s future of Super-8 will be decided today, till now 10 teams have been eliminated
New Delhi. The picture of T20 World Cup Super-8 will become completely clear on Wednesday. This time a total of 20 teams took part in the tournament, out of which the journey of 10 teams has ended so far. The biggest name included in this is Australia.
Today two more teams may be out of the tournament, including Pakistan. Pakistan’s last match of the league stage is against Namibia. If Pakistan loses this match then it may be out of the tournament. In such a situation, USA can take the ticket to Super-8 due to better net run rate.

India, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, West Indies, England, South Africa and New Zealand have qualified for the Super-8. The 8th team will be decided today, in which there is a contest between Pakistan, USA and Netherlands.

The teams of Pakistan, USA and Netherlands are tied with 4 points each. It is mandatory for Pakistan to register a win against Namibia to reach Super-8. In case of victory, Pakistan will reach 6 points and will ensure the ticket to Super-8. In case of defeat, the path to Super-8 will become difficult due to their net run rate being lower than USA.
